If youβd like your Bride Squad Experience to be a surprise for the bride (or the whole group!), weβre happy to coordinate the setup while you’re out β maybe during breakfast, lunch, or dinner. π«
If you’re staying in a hotel, simply leave our name β at the front desk on the day of your event. This allows the hotel to issue us a temporary room key for setup.
β¨ Prefer to hand us the key yourself? We can gladly meet you in the lobby at a time that works best for you.
π‘ Staying in an Airbnb?
Most Airbnb hosts are happy to allow early access for decoration purposes. If that’s your case, you can simply share the door code with us so we can enter before you arrive β that way, everything will be ready and picture-perfect when you walk in! πΈπ

Each package requires a specific amount of time for setup. Weβll coordinate with you to make sure everything is done beautifully and right on schedule.
