- If you want it to be a surprise, we can coordinate a time when you will not be in the room(Maybe at breakfast, lunch, or dinner time). for us to enter to decorate you must put our name on your room list that day at the front desk, and so they can give us a key for us to enter the room and when we finish we return the key. Or if it’s better for you, we can see you in the lobby and you give us the key.
