PAYMENT
To schedule your order you can:
Pay the full value of your order or, Pay 50% of the value of your order and the remaining balance on the day of delivery at least 3 hours in advance.

* Your order will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
* The order must be paid in full before the delivery time at least 3 hours in advance; we reserve the right to change or cancel the reservation if full payment is not received by the due date and time.
CANCELATION
If you need to cancel your order, these are the policies that apply:
If you cancel your order 2 months or more in advance you can transfer your deposit and reschedule a new date in the following 90 days or receive a 100% refund of what you paid.
If you cancel 1 to 2 months in advance you can transfer your deposit and reschedule a new date in the following 90 days or receive a 50% refund of the deposit
If you cancel less than 1 month in advance you can transfer your deposit and reschedule a new date in the following 90 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel 48 hours before your delivery date, the deposit is non-refundable and will not be transferred to a new reservation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Keep in mind that if we do not have access to the room at the time of your reservation with us, the maximum waiting time will be 20 minutes, since we work with a period of time between one decoration to another, and the room must be ready for us to be able to enter to decorate. If we do not have access to the room and we must reschedule your decoration for another time, you must pay a surcharge of $50
For our delivery products, that are not ROOM DECOR OR PARTY SETUP, we do not have an exact time. You can choose in the morning from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or at night from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We cannot indicate an estimated delivery time, it would be during the corresponding schedule that you have chosen. but we will be in constant communication and we will let you know when we are on our way to the delivery address. (if you want to indicate relevant information regarding the delivery, please notify, to reach an agreement) for example: “she is in the place until 7:00 pm”, if the schedule is available, the deliveries will be made.
Our Bouquets are LARGE if you want to pick them up You must have a large, empty car to pick them up, with the backs of the chairs down so you can introduce the arrangement without it being damaged, balloons bursting or accessories coming off. Pickup by SUV, Minivan, Hatchback, or Touring is recommended. Amore USA is not responsible for damage during transit.
Helium gas is not flammable, it should be taken into consideration that when helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioning, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons deflate automatically, this is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.
When the balloons are placed in direct sunlight, the latex or metallic material boils and bursts.
Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car since the heat, the steam, causes them to deflate or explode.
Latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, microfoil balloons last from 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions or their use.
When the balloons are pricked, deflated or burst they should be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets as they can drown.
If you move the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.
The client must supply all the corresponding information for the elaboration of his decoration or Bouquet colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and reason (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day…)
We are not responsible for the balloons after we leave the install or after they are picked up
In case there is an error in the information provided by the client to prepare the decoration. AMORE USA is not responsible and additional charges must be borne by the customer to remedy the error.
