PAYMENT METHODS 💳✨
To schedule your order, you can:
Pay the full amount or pay 50% of the total and the remaining balance at least 24 hours before delivery.
Payment methods:

- Apple Pay: 702-559-9336
- PayPal: If you want to pay via PayPal, let us know, and we will send you an invoice to your email. (PayPal charges a transaction fee.)
- Cash: Available only to pay the remaining balance on the day of decoration, upon our arrival for setup.
* Your order will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
* The order must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the delivery time. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation if full payment is not received by the due date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy:
✅ Cancellations made 2 months or more in advance:
- You can transfer your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days.
- Or, you can receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
✅ Cancellations made 1 to 2 months in advance:
- You can transfer your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days.
- Or, you can receive a 50% refund of your deposit.
✅ Cancellations made less than 1 month in advance:
- You can transfer your deposit and reschedule within the next 90 days.
- ❌ The deposit is non-refundable.
🚨 Cancellations made less than 5 days before delivery:
- ❌ The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to a new reservation.
📌 IMPORTANT: Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Room Access for Decoration
If we do not have access to the room at the scheduled decoration time, the maximum waiting time is 20 minutes. We operate on a tight schedule between decorations, so the room must be ready for us to begin.
If we are unable to enter and need to reschedule the decoration, a $50 fee will apply.
Delivery Timeframes
For delivery products that are not event decorations or party setups, we do not provide an exact delivery time. Instead, you may choose from the following time slots:
Morning: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Afternoon: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Evening: 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm
We cannot guarantee a specific time within the chosen window, but we will stay in communication and notify you when we are on our way.
📌 If you have specific timing restrictions, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate if possible. Example: “I need delivery before 7:00 pm.” If the time is available, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Bouquet Pickup
Our balloon bouquets are LARGE, so if you choose to pick them up, ensure that you have a large and empty vehicle, with seats folded down to prevent damage to the balloons or accessories.
🚗 Recommended vehicles: SUV, Minivan, Hatchback, or Touring.
❌ We are not responsible for any damages during customer transportation.
Balloon Care and Durability
Helium gas is not flammable, but exposure to air conditioning can cause balloons to shrink due to gas compression.
Direct sunlight exposure can cause latex or foil balloons to overheat and burst.
Do not leave balloons inside a car, as heat and steam may cause them to deflate or pop.
⏳ Estimated durability:
Helium latex balloons: Helium latex balloons typically last between 8 to 10 hours. However, we apply a special treatment that extends their float time to 24 to 48 hours or even longer, depending on environmental conditions.
Helium microfoil balloons: can last 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions and handling.
💡 Safety Note: If balloons pop, deflate, or burst, dispose of them safely. Keep balloon scraps away from children and pets, as they can be a choking hazard.
Customer Responsibility
If you move the decoration to another location, it will be at your own risk.
You must provide all necessary details for the decoration or bouquet, including colors, design, custom balloons, age, name, and occasion (birthday, love, baptism, communion, etc.).
We are not responsible for the balloons once the installation is complete or after they have been picked up.
Errors in the information provided by the customer (such as incorrect names, addresses, colors, or designs) are not AMORE USA’s responsibility. Any modifications or corrections will incur additional costs to be covered by the customer.
Weather or Venue Conditions
We are not responsible for balloon behavior in outdoor spaces exposed to sun, wind, or rain.
If an event is scheduled outdoors and weather conditions are unfavorable, the customer must provide an alternative covered location.
